Company JaS is authorized to use the country of origin labeling in languages mutations Czech Glass and Bohemia glass. Also is the owner of registered protected industrial designs for a number of products that were inspired by historical drafts and is the follower in the tradition of the pre-war art glass manufacturers in Jablonec area. The company indicates its products by the company certificate.

JaS company defends its reputation and clarifies to customers the situation and orientation in the competition gossips which were placed on the website of company Preciosa-Ornela,a.s. (earlier Jablonex Group,a.s.) and on the website Desna-glass in chapter „Protect yourself from copies“ , where were placed the false information. This defamatory chapter was removed recently.Company Preciosa-Ornela ,a.s. (earlier Jablonex Group,a.s.), Academic Sculptor Vladimír Komňacký (Jeweller,teacher at the Secondary School of Applied Arts in Jablonec nad Nisou) and Ing.Jaroslava Slabá (Director of the Museum of glass and jewelery in Jablonec nad Nisou) who by these gossips derogated company name by false information, moreover, contrary to decision of the Regional Court in Liberec and the High Court in Prague (see below).

b) does not indicate any competitor a stronger right to produce replicas of historical glass companies Hoffmann and Schlevogt and their marketing.
